SAMANTHA SANTANA CREATIVE prints its product to order with eco-friendly inks in the USA, for the sake of avoiding waste and optimize quality. Therefore, allow 1.5-2 week for wallpaper to ship. All product is shipped with First Class or Priority Mail via USPS, UPS or Fedex and is insured.
Discounted product (which includes any product purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code) and opened/ used product is not eligible for refund, and is considered a FINAL SALE.
All unused, unopened, undamaged product paid for at full price can be returned with full refund up to 30 days after purchase, minus shipping fees. The customer must contact Samantha Santana Creative via email prior to returning the product, and is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and approved by Samantha Santana Creative.
